STL and 3MF are the most common. I can also work with STEP, OBJ, and most CAD exports. If you only have sketches, photos, or a rough idea — that's fine too, I can model it from scratch.

Simple prints are usually turned around within 24–48 hours of approval. Custom design work adds a day or two for modelling and your sign-off. Rush jobs are available — just ask.

Current maximum build volume is 340 × 320 × 340 mm. Larger parts can often be split, printed in sections, and bonded. Get in touch if you're not sure about your dimensions.

Yes. Basic support removal and surface prep are included. Sanding, priming, and spray painting are available as add-ons. For show-quality finishes on cosplay or display pieces, just ask what's possible.

Use the contact form and describe your project — material preference, quantity, and deadline if you have them. I'll reply with a quote, usually within a few hours.

I ship throughout the UK via Royal Mail and couriers, with tracked options for larger orders. Collection is also welcome by arrangement.

If a print fails to match the agreed spec, I'll reprint it at no extra cost. I quality-check every order before it leaves, but if something slips through I'll make it right.

Absolutely. If you need regular batches — weekly, monthly, or on-demand — we can set up a standing arrangement with agreed lead times and pricing. Just mention it when you get in touch.
